At the centre is a substantial 3.22ct natural black opal, with an inky dark base that comes alive with intense flashes of electric blue and green as it moves. At approximately 12.2 x 9.3mm, the oval cabochon has beautiful presence, while allowing the extraordinary natural play of colour to do all the talking. A pair of crisp trillion cut natural diamonds, totalling 0.25ctw, sit either side - their sharp geometry and bright white sparkle such a beautiful contrast against the organic, ever-changing opal. Set in substantial platinum, the design itself remains wonderfully clean and timeless.
