SHIPPING, COLLECTION & RETURNS

Shipping & Collection Policy

 

​For a limited time we are offering FREE Shipping within New Zealand and Australia!  

 

Shipping charges will apply to all other international orders. We are not liable for any additional tax, duty or customs charges that may be applicable.

Collections can be made from Cambridge, please contact us to organise an appropriate collection day and time.  

We are committed to giving our customers peace of mind, we know it’s not always easy buying online. To take away any stress or uncertainty if you are not happy with your purchase simply return within 10 days for a full refund!!


Return & Exchange Policy

You are welcome to return your online order for an exchange or store credit for any reason within 10 days of the purchase date. You have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for full refund.  We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days.

Certain promotions may mean an item is unable to be returned - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period. 

We will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand if the item is faulty. Unfortunately we are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of return international shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.

All returned jewellery items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewellery will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.

Please contact us to arrange for your return. We will email/post you a prepaid courier label/bag for you to return your purchase. Please package the jewellery securely so it does not move around in transit.

Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please do contact us.

Pre-Loved & Special Orders:
We regret that special orders on our pre-loved & custom made range are not refundable, however in some cases they are returnable for store credit within 30 days (a re-stocking fee may apply). A special order constitutes any pre-loved jewellery, gemstone, watch, gift item that has been altered at the clients request.
