14k White Gold 11.40ctw Pink Sapphire and Diamond Chandelier Earrings

These are quite spectacular.
A cascade of pear cut pink sapphires and diamonds tumbles down the ear in a beautifully fluid chandelier design; glamorous, feminine and wonderfully full of movement. The earrings feature an extraordinary 30 natural pear cut sapphires totalling approximately 10.00ctw, each displaying a slightly orangy-pink hue. Rather than being perfectly uniform, there are subtle variations in tone across the stones, giving the earrings a much more interesting and natural character. Scattered between the sapphires are 46 natural rose cut diamonds, totalling approximately 1.40ctw. Their softer, old-world sparkle is a lovely counterpoint to the brighter colour of the sapphires and gives the entire design a slightly romantic feel. Altogether, that's an impressive 11.40 carats of natural gemstones, set into cool 14k white gold and articulated so the individual sections move and catch the light as they're worn. They are undoubtedly statement earrings - but beautifully proportioned on the ear, with an almost waterfall-like delicacy despite their considerable carat weight.
